4-Drink water: Caffeine can increase your power but drinking water also makes you healthy and effective because lack of water makes you too difficult to pay attention on your work. Therefore drinking too much water helps you to stop yourself from falling asleep.

1-Keep your workplace bright: When you are working during night, you should keep your workplace bright. Open your window so that fresh air enters and you become fresh. Turn on the light that keeps you awake and alert.
2-Before work go for a walk: Before doing some work goes for a walk to get fresh air and moving your body that help to keep you fresh and active.
3-Talk yourself: When you fed up during work and falling asleep then start to talk yourself in a loud sound that help to keep you awake .
3-While working does not get too comfortable things: A major cause of falling asleep during working is to avoid comfortable things e.g. bed.
